A wonderful Seaside house with jacuzzi and pool! Casa Magnifica is located near the famous beach of Mikri Vigla. Just 70 meters away resides Mikri Vigla’s North side, Parthena, which is famous for windsurfing and kitesurfing. Go 700 meters in the opposite direction and you’ll find Mikri Vigla’s South side, Sahara, where you will find nearly 4 km long beach of white sand, extremely calm waters, perfect for sunbathers and swimmers.
Regardless of which Mikri Vigla experience you choose, you will find great beach taverns, friendly people, and lots of fun in the sun.
Casa Magnifica is part of a 8 condo building. Its shaped like a U upside down! It has two floors with the lower floors in separate sections. On the main floor you will find a well-equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom, an half bath and 2 bedrooms.
In each section of the lower floors you will find two bedrooms and bathroom with shower.
The lower floors are connected with the upstairs via staircase on the outside of the house and has separate entrances which is "ideal" for teenagers and young adults arriving late after a night on the Town hoping to not disturb their parents. ;-)
The condo sleeps 12 comfortably (all beds are built-in). If you are a smaller group, we can easily close off one section, turning the condo into a 4 bedroom place, which off course is offered at a lower rate.
Casa Magnifica is all about the outdoor living.
It has a large and beautiful cactus garden where you can relax, enjoy an outdoor shower or enjoy a star-filled night from your lounge chair.
The terrace is huge with large dining table and outdoor kitchen. I bar table area and two sofa areas for lounging and enjoying a drink. In addition to access to the shared pool, this home has a large private jacuzzi.
Casa Magnifica has direct access to the pool area from the terrace. The pool is shared.
