It's located in the downtown area of Murfreesboro right across from the history Oakland Mansion and Park (previous plantation). It is in walking distance to the town square with shops and restaurants and even walking distance to MTSU. Nashville only 40min drive.

The apartment is a 1 bedroom 1 bath with shower and washer/dryer. Kitchen if fully equipped with all usual appliances. Living room spacious and cozy. Dining room with table for 4.  The design is warm and cozy with focus on comfort.

Wi-Fi and utilities are included in the rent. 

Ideal for short stays, for example college visits, guest speakers, conferences, family coming to town, and they need their own space and much more. We do also accept mid-term booking up to 3 months. For bookings more than 30 days there is 50% discount. This is ideal for travelling nurses, relocations etc.
