Bourbon 'n' Stix
Bourbon 'n' Stix is our houseboat. Its located on Center Hill Lakes at Pates ford Marina.
​
It stays at the dock, so taking the boat out is not an option.
It sleeps 8 people with 4 queen beds and 2 bathrooms. Spacious living room and kitchen open concept.
Large comfy front porch and also a back porch from where you can jump in the water to swim, lounge or even fish.
On top there is a large party deck with dining table, lounge area and sun tan beds. Even a hot tub.
We have 2 single kajaks and a paddle board, that you may use.
If you enjoy the lake life and would like to spend some time on the lake this could be a nice rental home option for you.
